PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

The best preventive maintenance measures are

theproperinitialinstallation ofthe equipmentand

a program for cleaning t he oven routinely. The

Oven/Steamer requires no lubrication. Contact

the factory, the factory representative or a local

Blodgett Combi service company to perform

maintenenceandrepairsshouldtheyberequired.

CHANGING THE LIGHT BULB

When replacing the light bulb always use a new

lens gasket. Insert the new bulb with care. See

Figure 15.
